Hi guys,

I'm exploring home loan offers out there and wondering if anyone is offering the following on a primary residence:

Loan Duration: 30yrs
Down Payment: 10% or less
Rate: At or very near today's conforming 30yr rate
Borrower Credit: Excellent
PMI: None

Let's ignore FHA with 3.5% down since the rate is so much higher than conforming.

I do see lenders making offers like this from time to time. Does anyone know of a lender offering anything like this today?
