The problem is, if it hadn't been for Karl Rove, Sean Hannity and others spreading rumors about her health, then a combination of exhaustion and walking pneumonia would be a very believable enough reason for her to faint. Perhaps her drive to be there outweighed her being sensible and staying home to recover.
