The Charity watchdog that report uses to attack the foundation rates it at 95% overall, finances at 97.5%, accountability and transparency at 93%. That makes it an extremely highly rated charity. Those are facts. Your arguments are simply wrong and come direct from a complete misunderstanding of the tax filings and how the CF operates. It doesn't pass on its funds to other charities (except 5.7%), it runs its own programs.
