You really have no idea how stupid this makes you sound. Actually, if you listened to the video, then you heard him mention more than once that the risk of nuclear war in some circles is now considered higher than it was during the cold war. But most of that is not becasue of Russia.

HE also did mention Russia building up and modernizing it's nuclear capabilities.
