On top of the shit sandwich last night, my near death dog stumbled and fell into a pile of his own shit, and my sick two yr old girl puked three times in the bed, all between midnight and four. So I'm enjoying some coffee, and taking care of my kid today. Enjoy the party.

Sorry to hear about your family issues. I've been there many times with my own kids and dog, so I sympathize.

My pup is on his last leg (literally) as well. I feel for you brother.

He showed first sign of osteosarcoma about two months ago, and now he has a softball size lump on his front right 'ankle'. Poor guy :(

I recall the pain med thread. Sorry to hear he's in tough shape. Mine has arthritis, fused vertebrae, and recently had some seizures that are probably caused by brain cancer. He sometimes can't seem to figure out what his hind legs are doing and falls a lot. On the other hand, he hasn't given up and still wants to do stuff, so I can't justify ending things for him. I expect that the end is near, though.

Sorry to hear it. I'm also trying to spend quality time with him. It's all you can do.
