Even better: Universities are forbidden from punishing students over felonies until those felonies have been proven in a court of law (not a kangeroo court of professors and SJWs)

I think the entire university outdoor (or "common areas") should be a Free Speech Zone, and none of it should be a Safe Space. Is that what you mean?
