I bet it's IE11-specific. I don't have IE11 so hard to test. Do you see anything in the javascript log for the browser?

That's what online multi-browser testers are for. I would recommend http://browsershots.org/ but it evidently doesn't work with "adult or gambling sites" like patrick.net. Just tried this thread's URL.

On android platforms, when you highlight text a popup window appears asking you if you want to copy, cut or paste.
It always seems to cover up the "quote" link.
It'd be nice to have the quote link moved to the bottom of the post, or top and bottom.

Yes, Android has a problem with getting the selection by javascript. I think it's impossible in fact.

But if you don't select anything, you can just click Quote by the comment and get the whole quote, or almost all.
