More that just home prices but yes inventory is still too low for prices to fall...
You will like the panel I was on in the conference, everyone had their own model for prices and data sets
What to always remember with home prices is that you have to look at the real prices, not the nominal prices

Pretty much in line to what I expected but median prices not going anywhere in 2016 is very bullish for housing
