Kushner, a 36-year-old real-estate developer and publisher of the New York Observer, has been married to Trump's daughter Ivanka since 2009. When it was reported last week that they would be moving to Washington, D.C., it fed into speculation that one or both would serve as advisers in the Trump administration.

Bringing family members into the White House may prove difficult, though. That's because of a 1967 anti-nepotism law, inspired by another famous family

Hey, why not fill your cabinet with relatives and in-laws? Trump has no experience relevant to leading the free world, so why should anyone in his cabinet have any?

This is going to be a beautiful disaster. Trump is setting his administration up for failure. His strategy seems to be to sack Rome while it burns. Sometimes you need a Nero to thoroughly fuck things up before the people have the political will to change things. America always does what it right, once it has exhausted all other possibilities.

Remember Julius Cesar didn't become emperor - just dictator for life.

His nephew Augustus became the first emperor of Rome.

They renamed the months of July and August.

@Marcus

What family do you think that was?

I know. Not sure why you're bring me up here ?

I'm actually not that bothered by his son inlaw having this appointment. MY hope is that during Trump's frequent bouts of highly irrational and frightening behavior, Ivanka and his son in law will be voices of reason helping Trump to avoid catastrophe for us all. My gut feeling (although without evidence) is that they are both far more reasonable and emotionally stable than Trump is. IT may be easier for them than others less close to say , "uh Dad, get a grip, you're losing it again here."
