The report is Gossip from a "retired" unnamed Russian Inteligence officer. Retired people don't get inside info on something so big, if that were even true. Also the FBI, the CIA and all of the other agencies would not waste their time on a report with a friend of a guy who knows a guy as the source, to just print up Gossip.
