But all those law enforcement, prison, and rehab jobs, not to mention the courts, depend on this pseudo war on ourselves. Again Libertarians have opposed the war on drugs for years.

rehab jobs would increase and investing in treatment would greatly increase, which is what should happen.
Law enforcement would continue to be there, as it is a publicly paid position. They don't make bonuses for nabbing drug dealers as far as I know.
Prison (particularly private prisons) would get hurt; cost to taxpayer probably close either way (Public vs private)
Through courts, offenders would be sent for treatment, so fees collected probably would stay in a similar range
The only people I can see getting hurt here are attorneys.
