The guy's an asshole. Regardless of what trolling she was doing, she does have the right to video record people in public, and no, you don't have the right not to be recorded. I hate to break this to you, but America has NEVER given people privacy rights. It should, to a large extent, but it doesn't. In any case, being recorded in public is ubiquitous in modern life. Get used to it.
That said, the above video is clearly very cropped. This suggests that the "reporter" -- and that's a term that can only be use very loosely today -- was trolling and trying to get a reaction to discredit her political opposition. That, of course, does not excuse this asshole's behavior, but it does invalidate the source as a real news source. It's a propaganda site masquerading as reporting like most so-called reporting today.
People need to grow a pair of balls and be intellectually honest when they are opposing a political position. Instead of pretending to be reporters, come out as the political opposition and actually debate your opponent as the opposing viewpoint. Be a real debater, not a fake reporter.

In my defense for posting this I want to convey that I think that violence against women should be strictly condemned and it hurts me deeply that in this world we live in it has been allowed to endure and to fester in the democratic party.
