Proves my point: no matter how friendly US's stance towards Russia it will use it for further expansion and then blame "bad relations" on US "attacking Mother Russia with cookies in some foreign capital". Then they wait till next admin rolls in, bait them with "better relations" and repeat the cycle. Happened twice already in this century.
