If the situation were reversed, you know the Republicans would be blaming a Democratic president. That's my point. It illustrates the hypocrisy of the right.
Of course, this isn't a scandal, but if the right could blame it on a Democrat, they would be scandal-mongering it like crazy.
Well, not even a month into his presidency, Trump has his Benghazi. Trump's first military operation is a total fail.

- American soldiers killed. Checked.
- Makes us look weak to the enemy. Checked.
- Emboldens terrorism. Checked.
- Can be use to attack the credentials of a Democratic presidential candidate? No. So I guess Fox News and conservative media will not be reporting on this every day for two years.
This story isn't a big deal as military operations always carry risk. However, if this happened under a president Hillary Clinton, you can bet your ass that every minute of every day of conservative right-wing news for the next four years would be harpooning this "scandal of epic proportions". This just goes to show the utter hypocrisy of the right.
As bad as the left is -- and that's pretty bad as they are conservatives as well -- I doubt they will treat this failure like the Republicans treated Benghazi.
