That would be a cogent argument against Hillary Clinton's campaign promise to escalate the war in Syria, which she had helped start following "Hillary's War" in Libya, all on behalf of her corporate and Saudi clients. It is not an argument against Donald Trump's travel ban, however: as he said, "Islam hates us." We keep seeing more evidence proving he was right. The real question is, of the different things he suggested, how to encourage him to do the ones that were right:
1) get out of Syria;
2) ban Muslim immigration.
The NATO/Saudi policy of invade&import served the Clintons' corporate and Saudi sponsors at the expense of everyone else. If you support that, then YOU must really hate Muslims, because they're the ones getting slaughtered in the largest numbers. If you had any compassion, any decency at all, you would encourage NATO to do the two RIGHT things, not the obviously wrong invade&import policy they've been doing.

You're British, yes? He happens to apparently still be in prison for Hate Speech and Encouraging Terrorism. He was radicalized by a Syrian Sunni Muslim, the kind that are the backbone of the Jihadi Insurgents there.

If Britain had not let in Omar Bakri Muhammed in the first place, the Jamaican kid would have never been radicalized. Maybe instead he would have become a fanatical Arsenal Fan instead.

As for the United States, we have never allowed dangerous ideologues immigrate to the USA. Anarchists and Communists, and that law has always been upheld. Political Islam is another ideology that can be banned.

Once they're here, we're stuck with them, which is why we should greatly restrict entry from Countries that are, or recently have had, large scale Political Islamist Violence.
