Right, but there are different kinds of selection, called r and K selection I think. There are societies as in sub-saharan Africa where the women are slutty and have to depend on their own grandmothers for help in raising the child. (Which is also very much like black culture in the US, at least nowadays.) But they are weak societies exactly because of the lack of paternal certainty and therefore the lack of paternal investment in the children and the societies.

I'm not saying that sluttery will be eliminated by evolution. I'm saying that cultures that give in to women's demand for shameless sluttery will be replaced by cultures that do not.

Traditions and cultures themselves are selected for over centuries, far quicker than biological evolution.
