if you lived in idaho you’d understand both sides there. some people love it and others can’t wait to get away. its pretty empty in many parts… boredom kicks in. to live here you have to love small town life.
Boise/Meridian are kind of big now, but rest of the state is rural and unless you want to farm there’s nothing else. All kids go off to big cities for college. few come back. there are no opportunities here for them.
