Cameras are everywhere and as soon as you enter a public place people are allowed to record you, even assholes. There's a 99.99% chance a lawsuit will go nowhere but that's the route she needed to take. One can sympathize for the loss of privacy, but not for her actions. A man doing this faces potential jail time for assault, so she already has a much higher likelihood of walking scot free. No need to be a white knight here, reserved for ladies if at all.
