Problem is, women will vote for representatives who want to keep unfair laws which benefit women at the expense of innocent men.
A few women like the dear late Turtledove saw how harmful these laws can be, because she was on the wrong side of the first wife's actions.
But most women have a huge blind spot when it comes to the unfairness of taking money from men by fraud.
This is one area where white men and black men have a common interest. I think black men are taken advantage of by unfair anti-male laws even more than white men are.

Isn't that what the Second Amendment was intended for? Armed rebellion if unjust laws could not be legally corrected? If the majority votes in favor of enslaving a minority, that should not be tolerated. Human and civil rights trump majority rule.
The legal solution I would propose is disbarring any judge who fails to declare any law violating due process Unconstitutional. The prosecutors who pursue violating due process should also be disbarred. Implement this and I guarantee you that not a single judge or prosecutor will ever pull this shit again.

We need the following reforms passed.
1. All laws requiring men, for any reason or under any condition, who are not the father of a child to pay child support for that child after it has been proven he is not the father, are declared Unconstitutional and unenforceable and are to be immediately removed from the books. This goes for the entire law, not just he Unconstitutional part. Legislators must fix their laws not to violate due process if they want the laws to exist.
2. All victims of paternity fraud are to be compensated with interest and penalties equal to those imposed for "child support arrears" paid for by both the woman who committed the fraud and the prosecuting attorney.
3. A permanent elimination of all federal funding to any state that has instituted payments after a man was proved not to be the parent of a child.
4. A minimum of one in prison for anyone willfully committing paternity fraud.
5. Mandatory paternity testing of all children at birth.
6. Licensing of parenting.
7. Yes means yes. The affirmative consent of a person must be obtained in writing without any coercion including legal threats before he or she is considered the legal parent of a child that he or she did not give birth (including Cesarean sections) to.
