How looking for my body language can cost you the benefit to your company of having me work for it.
Have a nice time with your Commie body checking low lifes mother fuckers.
Trump's in charge of shit now. I don't have to work for the darkies, fags, and Libtards.
I can put in my own contract to build that fucking wall. Then not hire you because you are an idiot.

NEW RULES DICK HEADS!!!

Obama isn't in charge anymore and neither is the MSM.

I noticed early on in Obama's administration news would release nibbles like this then instantaneously it would become HR policy across the board all over America.
When the MSM is talking shit about the work place like that, there are Labor laws being signed behind the scenes that makes it the law.
I've talked with my HR dude here at my job a lot about things I've heard in MSM HR hiring practices. Companies were getting may tax credits for complying with the Obama narrative.

That horse is dead and no more! You hear me you FUCKERS? Dead!

now get a damn productive job and get the fuck out of people's way! You senseless CUNTS!

""Providing thoughtful responses and asking intelligent questions carry a lot of weight during a job interview, but your body language can also speak volumes," says Brandi Britton, a district president for OfficeTeam."

HR dimwits do more damage to companies than is appreciated.

How body language can cost you the job

• Nearly one-third of candidates display negative nonverbal cues at interviews
• “Your body language can also speak volumes”

When it comes to landing a job, what you say to a prospective employer may sometimes be less important than how you say it, according to a recent survey of hiring managers. The survey, paid for by the staffing firm OfficeTeam, finds that senior managers say 30 percent of candidates display negative body language during interviews. Respondents identified eye contact as the most telling nonverbal cue when meeting with applicants, rating it a 4.18 on a scale of one to five (with five indicating the highest significance). This was followed by facial expressions (3.96).
"Providing thoughtful responses and asking intelligent questions carry a lot of weight during a job interview, but your body language can also speak volumes," says Brandi Britton, a district president for OfficeTeam. "Candidates need to do everything they can to increase their chances of receiving an offer — and that includes avoiding negative and distracting nonverbal behaviors." OfficeTeam offers job seekers five tips for putting their best body language forward during interviews:

• Get hands-on

Aim for a handshake that's firm, but doesn't crush the recipient. Limit the duration to a few seconds.

• Break out of that slump

Subtly mirror the interviewer's body language and posture. Sit up straight and lean forward slightly to show engagement and confidence.

• Put on a happy face

A genuine smile demonstrates warmth and enthusiasm. Conduct a mock interview with a friend to find out if you're unwittingly sending negative nonverbal cues.

• Keep your eyes on the prize

Maintain regular eye contact during the meeting, but look away occasionally. Staring may be perceived as aggressive.

• Don't fidget

Resist the urge to shake your legs, tap your fingers or twirl your pen. It's fine to use hand gestures, as long as they're not distracting. Keep your arms uncrossed to appear more open and receptive.
About the survey

The survey was developed by OfficeTeam and conducted by an independent research firm. It includes responses from more than 300 senior managers at companies with 20 or more employees in the United States.

Then there are interviews where they already know who they are hiring and the interview is just meet HR's quota!

Then there are interviews where they are just jumping through the hoops to justify H1B visa or EBGC application.

Post Covid, it is a Faux Pas to extend a hand shake offer. Everyone does the commie fist bump now.
To which I reject, and tell them I don't do the commie fist bump thing. Then also inform them that it only became the common greeting after Barak and Michelle Obama jive walked out on the inauguration stage, and did a fist bump for their introduction.

Most conservatives and MAGA people agree and open their fist and return my handshake. Liberals well lets just say, they are left befuddled and butthurt.
