It's interesting to see people start to recognize the problem, but piss and moan that the proposed solution isn't the right one. I tend to give credit to those trying to get any politically feasible solution implemented, especially when big differences have already been made.
Well, the previously obstructionist team is finally dipping their toes in the water. They even might have a plan that allows Trump to save face on Paris. There are a number of problems with this, but I've always been for market solutions. Hat's off to these people, even if they obstructed for as long as was politically feasible.
