Pork on the beach is OK but porking on the beach isn't? Life just isn't fair.

All four now face disorderly conduct charges.
They should sue the state for violations of their First Amendment religious and speech rights. Sex is speech, and therefore Constitutionally protected. Also, their personal religion requires public orgies to please the gods. Charging them with anything for practicing their religion is a violation of their rights.
There is absolutely no justification for outlawing public sex. If you don't want to see it, then don't watch. It's that simple.

DENNIS, Mass. - Four teenagers are facing charges after they were accused of having sex on a Cape Cod beach on the Fourth of July as crowds looked on.
Some of those teenagers appeared in court Wednesday.
The Herald reports that while dozens of people at Mayflower Beach expressed disgust at the situation, there were just as many people cheering the young couples on.
One of those teens told the Herald he and his girlfriend were just kissing, nothing else.
Police said they think the teens had been drinking.
All four now face disorderly conduct charges.
A friend was also arrested after being accused of trying to keep police from arresting them.
