How come it's not Russia 24/7 anymore on NPR, CNN, and in the NY Times?

Have they run out of lame tenuous connections that no one is buying and which break no laws? Seemed like they could make up a new story every week for the last 8 months.

Or have they realized that investigating further looks more likely to incriminate Hillary than Trump?

Twitter deliberately exaggerated claims about Russian propaganda flooding its platform in an effort to appease the Democrats and their allies in the corporate media, the latest installment of the “Twitter Files” has revealed.

According to journalist Matt Taibbi, who released another batch of the internal communication files this week, Twitter found no evidence that Russia was ramping up its influence efforts on the social media platform.

Twitter’s own internal investigations found that the claim was a “dud,” Taibbi revealed.

Nevertheless, Twitter’s former executives continued to push the Democrats’ narrative that Russia was using bots to spread propaganda and influence America’s elections, despite knowing it was false.

Yes, but only long after the "check is cashed." Like if 10 years from now they own up to the 2020 election fraud.

True, Pfizer knows the toxxine is killing large numbers of people, which is why they wanted their trial data hidden for 75 years.

And this is why we are only now getting confirmation that the CIA killed Kennedy because he was a threat to Deep State power.

Busy opening new monuments to Stalin:

Volgograd on February 1, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the victory of Soviet troops in the Battle of Stalingrad, opened a monument to Joseph Stalin. The solemn ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials and regional deputies. The bronze bust of Stalin is located on the square in front of the Battle of Stalingrad panorama museum, just 120 meters from the memorial to the victims of political repressions.

The media’s mishandling of Russiagate is responsible for declining trust in the media, argues a major four-part series in the progressive magazine, The Columbia Journalism Review. “Before the 2016 election, most Americans trusted the traditional media and the trend was positive,” notes Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jeff Gerth. “Today, the US media has the lowest credibility — 26 percent — among forty-six nations.” A big part of the reason for that, Gerth suggests, was a barrage of one-sided media coverage since 2016 falsely claiming that President Donald Trump colluded with the Russian government to steal the 2016 election, sometimes referred to as Russiagate. ...

Deputies in the Russian State Duma proposed to return to "Stalin's repressions"

In Russia it is necessary to revive the concept of "enemy of the people" and introduce military field tribunals to be able to judge directly at the front, said Andrey Gurulyov, a member of the Russian State Duma Defense Committee.

Gurulyov urged to return to Stalin's methods and told about his grandfather, who fought during World War II. According to the deputy, "everyone understood that at that time it was necessary to do this in the state." "People ask me, 'Do you want Stalin's repressions?' Yes, I do! <...> Yes, there were mistakes. But there was discipline. And today the main issue is discipline," he said.

Gurulyov believes that Russian soldiers must take personal responsibility for their orders and tasks and not complain about anything.

This actually makes some sense in tough terrain areas. Horses can go where ATV's cannot. We have a guy in our rough foothills who is authorized to do logging - with horses. In the winter, he gives sleigh rides.

Speaking of Logs: Russians are VERY practical people: the T-34 tank carried a large Wooden Log strapped to the hull. If they got stuck in melting tundra bogs, the log would be chained to the front of the treads and driven over to break the suction.
Also, we wondered why their Jet fighters had a selectable air intake on TOP. When operating from unimproved runways, getting rocks in the turbine is BAD. Top intake for ground ops solves the issue, with balloon-type tires as well.

No victory - no parade:

More than 20 Russian cities have canceled Victory Day parades
1:37 am, May 4, 2023
Source: Meduza

At least 21 Russian cities have canceled their May 9 Victory Day parades, according to the independent outlet Verstka.

Officials in some cities, including Kaluga, Ryazan, Oryol, Saratov, Lipetsk, Yelets, and Tyumen cited “security concerns” as the reason for foregoing the celebrations.

Authorities in Pskov and Velikiye Luki also mentioned concern for “special military operation participants” as a reason to cancel the cities’ parades. Pskov Governor Mikhail Vedernikov, for instance, said that veterans undergoing rehabilitation “perceive [fireworks] in a completely different way.” Officials in Kursk announced the city’s parade would be canceled “in light of the current situation.”

Authorities in Bryansk, Krasnodar, and Sochi didn’t provide explanations for their cancellations.

The flyover is expectedly cancelled. As no rehearsals had taken place, this was a guarantee.

Since the invasion the amount of vehicles in the annual parade has plummeted into a pitiful display:
2021: 197
2022: 131
2023: 51

This is not decimation. Becase decimation is removing 1/10. This is fucking quartering.

The USSR fell on December 26, 1991. Russia is NOTHING like the USSR was. If you're 30, I can understand why you don't know this, if you are 50 and were entirely oblivious for the first 20 years of your life, I can understand why you don't know this, but if you're older, that's just dumb of you.

The US today is more like the USSR was, than Russia is.

"The Russian has no regard for human life and is an all out son of a bitch, a barbarian, and a chronic drunk -- General George Patton."

Nonsense because the Russians single-handedly defeated Nazi Germany massively and decisively. On the Eastern Front - In operation Bagration, in the summer of 1944 - and in support of the Normandy Invasion, Russia wiped out 34 German divisions and the German Army Group Center ceased to exist.

In contrast, when the allies invaded Normady in the summer of 1944, they faced 34 German Divisions from Scandinavia to Italy.

Besides, these days, Russia is defending Western Civilization and Christianity while the Globalist Bozos are trying to eradicate Christianity and Western Civilization.

Yes, using 360 divisions and over 105,000 T-34 tanks. When Germany invaded the USSR, it did so with 190 divisions.

According to General Patton "The Russian has no regard for human life and is an all out son of a bitch, a barbarian, and a chronic drunk."

In response I wrote "the Russians single-handedly defeated Nazi Germany massively and decisively. On the Eastern Front - In operation Bagration, in the summer of 1944 - and in support of the Normandy Invasion, Russia wiped out 34 German divisions and the German Army Group Center ceased to exist."

Irrelevant and the fact remains: - In operation Bagration, in the summer of 1944 Russia wiped out 34 German divisions and the German Army Group Center ceased to exist.

Operation Bagration contradicts General Patton. Period.

Wasn't that done by Stalin using Impressed Ethnics that were basically murdered? One gun for ten conscripts? "Keep pushing forward: if the gun drops, pick it up and move forward."
Compared to Stalin, Hitler was a piker. Hitler only managed to kill 6 million - Stalin's numbers are estimated between 20-30 million killed during his "purges."
Why did T-34's have a machine gun pointing backward in the turret? So they could kill any conscripts that tried to run from the fight.

rocketjoe79 says

No. Stalin opposed operation Bagration and General Konstantin Rokossovsky who pushed for this plan of attack. Rokossovsky ended up having the support of other generals as well.

Patton's statement that "The Russian has no regard for human life and is an all out son of a bitch, a barbarian, and a chronic drunk" was wrong and in fact arrogant.
