Naked driver wearing just a thong and smeared in Vaseline is pulled over in Oklahoma

John Wayne Kellerman, 54, was pulled over for speeding

When the officer approached the vehicle, he found a 'nearly naked' man wearing a thong bikini covering his genitals

He spotted a nearly empty jar of Vaseline and a porn magazine in the vehicle

Deputy then asked Kellerman if he was masturbating and the man admitted he had been

Kellerman was arrested for driving with a revoked license and speeding

In his report the deputy writes that he 'refused Kellerman's "semen rag" and returned to his patrol car.'
