Saudi Arabia and Iran - two powerful neighbours - are locked in a fierce struggle for regional dominance.
The decades-old feud between them is exacerbated by religious differences. They each follow one of the two main sects in Islam - Iran is largely Shia Muslim, while Saudi Arabia sees itself as the leading Sunni Muslim power.
Decades old? The Sunnis and Shiites have been killing each other for 1,400 years.
I'd like for the Iranians to kick Saudi ass, making it harder for the Saudis to keep funding Wahhabi terrorism around the world.
But after that, it would be nice if the Iranians would revert to Zoroastrianism, the grand old religion native to their country, instead of the Arab import of Islam.

Anyone think maybe we need to just call it a day, count our losses and leave and ignore the constant drumbeat of who the next boogeyman is that is coming after us so we can continue to build up our security theater, war machine and boost profits for the defense industry.
As for the Saudi's fighting their own battles - not a chance in hell. We will rush to their defense
if your opponent has the air superiority.
Has anyone taken a tour of Iran's nuclear weapons?
OH! That's right! They don't have any?
