Do you know how many child molesters live just in your town in usa. If such happens in a well of country, poor countries it even more prevalent.
There are sick ppl everywhere , in india such actions creates lot of protests n riots so it makes news. Once identified such ppl.should be locked away or hanged .
Providing better conditions food , housing to such poor ppl may reduce it.
