Aaaahhhh, I get it now. I don't see any stairs to get to the beach. I suppose they probably just lay on their side and roll down. Good idea instead of stairs. Never thought of that. Probably was a lot easier to use one wall form and not have the concrete contractor charge them for the form that included steps. You'd think he's Republican trying to save that kind of $$$$.
