Trump basically gave a big middle finger to Kamala Harris and Feinstein this week when he pushed through 3 nominees to the nutty 9th Circus without their approval. Mitch is keeping the senate in session until all 49 remaining Federal judge appointments across the country are filled (4 circuit + 43 district + 2 fed). 15 were confirmed yesterday, all along partisan lines pretty much.
If Trump's nominees are confirmed (and they will be confirmed), it pushes the 9th Circus balance to 13 sane judges and 16 insane judges. Only 4 more and the balance of the 9th would swing sane for a long time.
So much #winning.
