The Smithsonian charter as much as said that the purpose was to assure that only natural history and history that followed the prescribed themes (some religious) would be pursued or documented, including promoting false narratives. They were always part of the problem.

Is it all about breaking the ice for the military participation? Venezuela is in the sights, not just for narco stuff, but for election fraud. 2 million military age Chinese came in with the illegal horde and have to be accounted for by ICE.
