LOL! I smell dope all over Santa Cruz, even walking around my neighborhood, but especially the beach. I guess if they want to lobotomize themselves, so be it. The trip I took to Soap Lake a couple of years ago, the tour had lots of young professionals vaping and smoking dope. I got offered it a couple of times but 'thanks but no thanks'. It's SO much stronger than the stuff from the olden days.

Agree with the leftoids here but for other reasons. Smoking soft drugs outside should be legal, regradless of what you smoke. It's been part of human freedom and civil liberties forever. Also if you're an owner of a business you should be able to allow your patrons to smoke. As long as you can function in society and clean up after yourself, who is anyone to tell you how to live your life?
