This is what I do to check sources. 6 words or more spoken in, probably, any language are never said twice unless it's a quote. I generally look for around 10. I picked out these words from the text:

"The 1st phase will lead to compromised and frail immune systems"

And from there, I can start to see where the real source is. I've worked on telecommunications and I know that QAM wasn't even a thing back in 1985, except for researchers. We were still experimenting with QPSK and what are now dead technologies. QAM what 5G uses, it's a way of doing digital communication, and in 85, that was mostly serial and parallel buses.

ANYHOW, this appears to be pointing back to the Rockefeller foundation in something called "Operation Lockstep" but I cannot find those words in there. So that's another false lead.

Ultimately I cannot source it, I've gone through several webpages, and nothing points to any link going back to the Rockefeller foundation. If I had hit a dead link, I would have used:

or some similar service to try to confirm the origin.

Now, just because I cannot find the source doesn't mean there wasn't a real source and that it did come from the Rockefeller foundation. I'm saying that book is not the source.

I did see mention of "Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development"

Those 10 words are absent in there as well but you can get an idea of what reading something from the Rockefeller Foundation sounds like. I don't think any real information is ever delivered, I think mostly it's to make you think you have access to real information.

Yeah, it seems a little bit too dead on. However, this is not the only source that states that these things were planned long ago. Remember, the Covid Panic in the MSM started, to the day, the day after Trump's second impeachment failed. The guy's book in the picture is available on Amazon Kindle for a few bucks, but I have not gotten it and it had mixed reviews.

My wife just came back from a retreat with her Catholic friends, and one of the priests basically was saying prophesies are predicting the phase 3 outlined above. So it could just be in the 'Woo-o-sphere' for clickbait.

However, my own thought always was they have a non-specific, non-determinative test that calls everything positive to justify their tyranny, everything but the kitchen sink is blamed on Covid, and one must assume that they don't have just a single weaponized viral entity in their quiver. Releasing another weaponized virus(es) more lethal than the first to further the Covid theme would be a form of psychopath logic.

My point is that, yeah, this covid thing is a scam, and there's SOME reason for it, but we are constantly misdirected as we try to figure out why. I just go through a lot of crap, and find out later what was true.

You'd think it would make a difference if you correctly predict some plan, when everybody around you is calling your crazy, and paranoid, and you think you'll be vindicated when you are proven right, and you can point to "see? This was a legitimate source! You should listen to what ELSE he's predicting" - but nope. That doesn't happen. I've already gone through this with the weapons of mass destruction BS in Iraq.

I find it's more useful to find out who is lying, than trying to figure out who is telling the truth. MOST everybody is lying. Anything in corporate news, that's a lie. You'd think that would make a difference, but there's still people that blindly repeat the propaganda of the "MSM".

For me, "Predictive Programming" is the best indicator.

Gates speeches, plans for Pandemics attended by high ranking "7th Floor" Obamunists", movies based on Pandemics... fictional heroic doctors creating cures within months, wicked greedy people doing bad things and not being cooperative with authority during the Pandemic... etc.

Maybe "Preparation Propaganda" is a better term.

Putting the idea out there, so when it happens, a channel has already been created through fiction and "Warnings of the wise" that the fluid of bullshit can run down.

An irritating trick is for somebody to declare something is true, have them claim they have proof it's true, and that the proof is somewhere in that 150 million pages of paper in a pile - and if you don't believe them, go through that mound of paper yourself you stupid doubter!

Ignore anything that doesn't bother to point you to a source. Remember when people were making claims that "The Mueller Report said X" - but they never quoted it, never gave you a page number, and never gave you the ability to check? This is because they were lying.
