The craziest nut job movements were not structured like traditional religions who stress the belief in a deity, but rather stress the belief in the infallibility of made up propaganda facts disguised as scientific reporting and also stress the "evil" of its deniers/heretics.

A great example of "Sciencism" is Gender and Global Warming.

Donald Tdrdrdump! I about fell over. We had a great conversation, we were best buds the whole day, baby's first birthday.
I was so sad to hear he died a week later of a heart attack. Never got to vote for Trump. But he would fit right in on any Patriot conversation about America and let me tell you. Nothing a conservative could say about a POC would have offended him. People of color do have honor and dignity, which Liberals have none of. They know you're not talking about them, when you talk about the problems with Liberals of any color.
