The purpose of removing the stigma of homosexuality is so that we wouldn't end up with another J. Edgar Hoover that was a homosexual being blackmailed by who knows what? Alan Turing was a homosexual, and a brilliant man. He broke Enigma, hardly a single encrypted message was sent by the Nazi high command that wasn't broken. We should go back to one way code books again, that's absolutely unbreakable.
I have yet to see a brilliant person who is a pedophile. They are all sorts of fucked up. It's very rare to see a pedophile who simply isn't a deranged subhuman.

I heard about those when I was a kid. Also, there was an episode of Different Strokes where Arnold is being groomed by a pedo, he shows him videos like that and gives him wine.

Before the decency standards, a lot of early films and cartoons had lots of nudity, suggestiveness, etc.
