I think there is something institutionally wrong with anyone under 62 that would intentionally desire to live in a multifamily building, to the point that they would buy or rent one, for more than they could buy a single family dwelling. Because of their warped or lack of worth, city planners now expect everyone to live in a Human Warehouse. Many cities now have a moratorium on SFHs.

You wonder? Seriously?
Well there are reasons for it, the main one being single. Back in the hey days in SF you would rent a nice place at the waterfront with hot tub and pool, and you would not only be able to bang all the hot single and divorced girls in the same building, but also bring girls home from the neighborhood bars
