It is so-called “wildfire hardening,” a term to connect to a few that they have added to bills since CPUC voted on and allowed it. They are doing this in the HFTD 2 and 3 locations as a CYA for their insurance coverage and state bond that was set up in response to the Santa Rosa and Camp fires.
