Benghazi was not an impeachment "Hearing", just like the above is not a meme but a tweet.

No impeachment process has ever begun without the House voting. Not Clinton, Not Andrew Johnson.

Nadler, when the Republicans were thinking about Clinton's impeachment, demanded and received a vote on a resolution to begin the process.

Pelosi is refusing one, because Dems are hypocrites.

The Democrats are in "Unprecedented" Territory.

Pelosi is trying to squat on the john to satisfy the Squad and Base, without actually taking a shit as precedence requires.

If it's not an official committee created by House Resolution, there is no burden to comply.

Keep believing that.

The Whistleblower was fed a barium meal. Trump is pushing the hand of Congress to begin impeachment now, and not next year.

He is going to continually hammer home that Congress isn't really impeaching until they pass a resolution, which is exactly what Pelosi doesn't want her dumb base of Liberal Arts majors to realize.

Liberals only know what CNN tells them. They are going to be taken by total surprise when their whole institution is sent to prison and there are mandated reforms, making their behavior and message a crime of treason.

I plan on abandoning every venerable Liberal I know while they are destroyed and crying. Fuck 'em they deserve my sympathy.

So we can finally agree that racism is the reason for Trump ?
Anti-white racism? Absolutely.

IT's not as bad as it looks when you consider that there are probably 100 times as many Asians as African Americans pursuing medical degrees. But one has to be willing to really think that through. Note, I'm not a strong believer in affirmative action for law school and medical school entrance, but I can see that it has some place, if we are going to continue to move things forward.

It would be rather simple to keep some type of affirmative action for kids from poor families, but in a race- and gender-blind way. Then rich white womyn and sons of rich African chiefs would not benefit from it. However, that would end up in some poor FUCKING WHITE MALES benefiting from affirmative action, which no progressive will agree to.

nope, ca. 10K Asian applicants and 4K black applicants 2015-2018. So it does look extremely bad

Pretty simple, the competition was a woman that voted for the "Authorization to Use Force in Iraq" - the war the Bush Jr. started over a non existent weapons of mass destruction program, and was the Butcher of Libya.

Caligula's horse would have had a good chance against her.

Remember when the Libs were screaming "Voter Fraud! Diebold!" after 2000 and 2004?
Remember when the Libs were like "It's not rigged, you're just losing!" in 2016?
Remember when the Libs were like "Russia hacked the voting machines" after 2016?
Remember then how Libs claimed there was no Voter Fraud just before the 2018 House Elections?

Hmmmmmmm

Liberals before 2008: We must leave the Middle East! Bushitler!
Liberals 2008-2016: What wars in the Middle East? Obama the Golden Child!
Liberals 2016- : You can't leave the Middle East! Orangemanbad!

Which reminds me, anytime a Leftist makes crocodile tears about the "Tone" and "Tenor" of the President...

Leftists 2000-2008: Bush Chimp Bushhitler! Bush is Hitler!
Leftists 2008-2016: How dare you make jokes about the President! Racist!
Leftists 2017- : Can't you see Trump is Hitler?

Obama presided over withdrawal from IRaq. But we maintained our alliance and protection of Kurds.

... and the rise of ISIS. Nor did Obama protect the Kurds, he only supplied air support when the Kurds and Iraqis had to push ISIS out of Mosul and other Kurdish areas.

ISIS is the JV team! according to Obama. Just before they took over much of Syria and Iraq.

Why don't Liberals remember shit that happened not long ago, while this very board existed and many members here today were here then?!

Funny, that's how I feel about Fake News and their BOMBSHELLS.

How is Swetnick and Avenatti doing? How did Maddow's tax return presentation go? How did the Mueller Report getting Trump removed from office go?

Now you want Trump gone based on demonstrably false third hand claims of an anonymous whistleblower who broke the process by going to a Congressional Staffer instead of the IG, while dismissing Biden's actual on-tape quid pro quo to the CFR, a picture of him with Hunter and Burisma Board Member Devon Archer, and a forced resignation Prosecutor's sworn testimony.

It's enough, we're done. You can only yell Wolf so many times.

College affirmative action admissions favor the well-to-do minorities. The minorities from the truly underprivileged echelons of society rarely get a leg up from affirmative action policies. Cory Booker is a shining example of this trend: both his parents (and he even had 2 parents!!!!) were IBM executives; he lived in a fancy neighborhood; he attended a francy private high school. It turns out that I was a classmate of Cory. My recollection of my days at Stanford was that the affirmative-action people were spending a whole lot more money than I ever had.

False as far as I can tell. Although true to the extent that well to do minority parents may be more likely to have academically high performing kids.

"False as far as I can tell."

Yeah, but what can you tell? I was accepted to an array of top schools. What is your experience with the top schools? I am reporting exactly what I saw. For example, the only student in my freshman dorm at Stanford that drove a new-model Mercedes was hispanic and of marginal academic achievement. For the record, I drove a used bicycle.
Sure, there were a bunch of rich white kids too. But my recollection is that the poorest kids in the dorm were all white. To say that affirmative action helps people in dire financial circumstances is utter nonsense from my experience. My dumb brother didn't get into Stanford, but I visited him in the PhD program at Harvard; exactly the same thing when I poked around over there.

Not much, just those of my students who get into top schools.

We will not get any statistics about which minorities (rich or poor) are helped most by affirmative action, likely because these statistics will show exactly what Sunnyvale said. Every time I see statistics about affirmative action (and you can not dig up much), it supports worst fears.
I write probably 100-150 recommendation letters for undergrads for med schools, scholarships, etc, consequence of teaching 350+ students a year. May be 20% are for black students, and 90+% of those are for extremely highly performing students from Africa or Caribbean (either on student visas or first generation immigrants). Most common countries of origin are Nigeria, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Jamaica. These students on average are not much different from Asians in their success. Local blacks are less than 10%, and +/-0% among top performers. I can not know how rich parents of those African kids are, but I very strongly doubt that affirmative action is meant to improve chances for continent of Africa or Caribbean islands.
2926   Patrick   2019 Oct 10, 8:45am

I also noticed a similar thing. Blacks from Nigeria, and from the Igbo ethnic group in particular, are usually the highest performing blacks in America and Britain academically.
2929   MisdemeanorRebel   2019 Oct 10, 7:42pm

Funny, Obama's security in Minnesota never cost $500k. It was closer to $20k, and the city paid it.

Maybe there should be a quinoa tax to pay for it.

Marcus Meme logic:

What do you call people (and States like Ohio) that voted for a Black man twice, but then did not vote for a White woman?

Anti-Black racists.
