Brunson case again. Obviously, there was a decision made that will rock DC. Why would the SCOTUS ask for the NDA and also delay the release of the Brunson decision? The military want to be prepared before the result is published for 'civil unrest'?. Is this the point when the oft touted military involvement comes into play? Is there any history of a SCOTUS decision being intervened by the military before? Strange brewings.
Curious minds would like to know.
