One nice thing about Russia is "Newer and Cheaper foreign made Consumer goods" isn't mandated by the government to replace all superior domestic made consumer goods.
They still make and consume point to point discrete tube electronics. You might find a tube in Chinese made in US markets like guitar amps and preamps. But the tube is really there for looks, and is acting as nothing more than a glorified capacitor on micro component green boards.
