Canceling their funding is a minimal 'correction'. However, orgs like the international Gestapo/SS consortium in Switzerland known as the CIA have their own funding sources from criminal enterprises. FBI agents run murder for hire and extortion shakedown operations.

There's a point where you can't legislate or law away misrule when it is rooted. Misrule can only be reversed by executing and imprisoning the misrulers who have been allowed to get into the critical positions of power.

As we have seen in California, the KommieKunts pass all kinds of unconstitutional shit, the more egregious the better, as a middle finger to the People with the captive court system. They rely that they have a window between the time their shit has passed and the ultimate court decisions that overturn them in which to execute whatever atrocity was included in their bogus legislations. It's the delay of the legal system that is the culprit ultimately, and the tremendous cost of 'enforcing' the Constitution only through arduous time, delay and expense.
