These fires are occurring in the middle of winter during the rainy seasons, not the customary September peak fire season. Atypical as in 'artificial'?? So far, haven't seen the "DEW signatures" in the ruins, but maybe later. As of now, zero control and winds up to 90 mph in canyons, blast furnace conditions.
