I told my wife that that army is now accepting HIV positive soldiers after purging the army of the unvaxxed.

This is easily faked. This is most likely propaganda, because a soldier would have to realize that GOOGLE of all things wouldn't have information on a classified weapon. I'd expect they would be contacting a higher up in the military chain, not consulting a US propaganda arm.
