If I wanted to track you, I'll just track your cell phone. Even if you turn off your GPS on it, or disable it, I can triangulate you based on several cell towers. Either they are safe and effective and those weirdos who don't believe that they are safe and effective ALSO believe they have nano technology in them which emits bluetooth information, OR they are safe and effective and people claiming that they aren't are saying crazy fruit loop stuff about bluetooth transmitters in the vaccines.

Why use such a common off the shelf technology that is so trivial to detect? If you want to keep it secret, just change the pre-amble and it will never be detected by a bluetooth receiver It's not like your bluetooth receiver picks up your NAT router, or Sirius digital radio, or your television remote control - it's a different protocol. Making a different protocol is actually pretty trivial and they are all wireless operating in around the same radio frequency.
