I saw the original hi def feed from that interview, conducted by Biden's MSM buddies, and I wondered why they let it through because you could see the distinct transition in his neck where his skin color changed from mask/makeup to whomever. The little picture above is low def, and could be artificially enhanced. It is clear that they are not always on their top game when releasing them from the makeup wagons, there are lots of bloopers and glitches.

It would be interesting to get a tour of the infrastructure supporting the outfitting of DC. They probably have a Burbank worthy array of personnel and facilities underground or in the Congress buildings to support all of this ersatz theater.

I think I recall seeing that high def video, and came to the conclusion it was shadows / lighting. I think I even posted here about it. If it was actually a mask edge, and it looked as horrible as the framegrab, then everyone in the room would have noticed and warned them.
