However, there are fake assertions about SCOTUS decisions floating around, so this one may actually be false as well. This is a battle of disinformations. FDA/CDC/Bloomberg captured Johns Hopkins are not reliable sources of authority these days and by extension, AP. At best AP seems to be an exonerating MSM type fact checker, but they are probably right about there not being any actual SCOTUS court case because such would definitely have been big news. So, sometimes disinformation laden information from a disinformation fact checker can sometimes turn out to be true in a particular.
