At best AP seems to be an exonerating MSM type fact checker, but they are probably right about there not being any actual SCOTUS court case because such would definitely have been big news. That's not a real protestor. It's an old Democrat trick to mask their crimes and misdeeds, by making those accusations so over the top. That people ignore them, or don't believe them. Coupled with the media has brainwashed everyone into believing that real news is fake news.
