There's no legal system. People are prosecuted based not on law but based on the whims of the prosecutor and even then, the judge controls the outcome. We do not have a valid judicial system.

We can't keep corrupt lawyers and judges in their current positions as far as I can see. There's been desperate attempts to get the government (and media - they are central in this) to reform for over 20 years. What has this effort resulted in?
