Whenever the Red Cross is in control, that's the same as the Globalists and the Swiss Octagon being in control. It means just what the conspiracy theorists thought: the place was obliterated on purpose, Red Cross was poised to go in as storm troopers. You have to listen to the early lead stories before the censorship and the MSM and the Intel/Globalists get in there and stifle the dialogues. HAARP was, supposedly, an attempt to detect missiles by using radio waves reflected off the ionosphere as a defense against nuclear weaponry deployed by Russia. Who knows if it worked or not? Who knows if this is true or not?

We cannot produce enough energy to DIRECTLY effect the weather. We can induce it to rain and snow using several chemicals, but we cannot change wind direction or cause something like a hurricane. The amount of energy released by a hurricane is like all the energy humanity uses in a year. It's crazy amounts. We MIGHT be able to cause an earthquake, possibly. A nuclear weapon might be able to make two plates slip.

Let me peer into my 9/11 crystal ball to see how this scenario plays out. Already, area is restricted to Swiss Octagon Red Cross, FBI and some kind of reputed military (likely private mercenaries of Vanguard and Blackrock, masquerading as military authority but there to perform stalking and thugee activities for employers). They are already incinerating biologic remains, likely under cover of 'public health hazard' (meaning, nobody but our guys are allowed to analyze the microwaved remains). They will allow some kind of real or pseudo DNA tagging for the relatives of the survivors.
Area will be cordoned off, and FBI will meticulously remove and destroy any evidentiary matter. Crews will come in and rapidly haul off all the stuff to some sequestered and guarded dump site. All those doing the hauling will have non disclosure agreements, and might suffer a variety of physical and mental ailments afterwards.
A huge, bullying law firm will be deployed. All of those lawyers tasting blood will be forcibly dissuaded from any standard litigations, and they and their clients will be forced into a series of 'settlements', just like 9/11. No court proceedings involving 'discovery', witness testimonies, or juries will be allowed, except possibly some minor Potemkin matters. The solid blue Hawaii Soros fecal impaction judiciary will be on board, and any lawyers who do not comply will be threatened, mysteriously disappeared, suicided, disbarred, arrested, or just plain beaten up.
All of those pesky native landowners who claim physical and spiritual heritage to the land will be also browbeaten, bribed and threatened into handing over the goods.
