The bureaucracy is self-serving. Conflicts of interest and a smug culture rule its decision making. Hence, this is why it engages in harmful practices which affect those under its jurisdiction or influence.

This time around its going to be extremely difficult for Birdbrain Biden to try to pull a COVID rabbit out of the Democrats magic hat in order to assist with another 2020-like election victory.
