Urban police are a guild topped by Masonic Central in Switzerland. They do not regard themselves as being bound by the Constitution, only the orders of the Guild. If that means operating against the People in alliance with the criminals, so be it. The drool buckets believe our safety and social order is a frivolous Royal option that they can withdraw or confer at will.
