I'm amazed somebody got this footage to release. I remember an interview with camera technician in charge of hi tec rocket tracking cameras used for launches years ago described this vid (or its ilk), but no footage shown. He was clearly shocked because he said the vid showed a UFO traveling around a rocket going at speed and disabled it with three beams fired at the head of the rocket. The vid is exactly what he described.

Caveats, of course, it could be cgi recreation.
